Booking
Dates, deposits, pricing, and guest counts.
How do I reserve an event date?
Begin by completing our event inquiry form. We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Once your event details are confirmed with us, a 25% deposit and signed service agreement are required to reserve the date.
Dates are not held without both the deposit and signed agreement.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a preferred date, especially for weekends and larger events. For bridal or baby showers with larger guest counts, we recommend reserving a date at least 2-3 months in advance. Last-minute events may be possible depending on availability and supply requirements.
When are my final guest count and balance due?
For most events, the final guest count and remaining balance are due one week before the event. Larger events may require final confirmation and payment two weeks in advance.
What happens if I book less than one week before my event?
When a last-minute booking can be accommodated, full payment is required when the event is confirmed.
Why are prices listed as “starting at”?
Final pricing depends on the selected activity, guest count, materials, customization, event length, and location. Your exact package price will be provided before you reserve.
Experiences
Activities, ages, themes, and project choices.
Which experience is best for each age group?
Charm experiences are recommended for ages 10 and older because they involve small pieces and jewelry assembly. Patch bars and painting experiences can work for ages 3 and older. Most craft experiences are recommended for ages 5 and older.
We’ll help you choose an option suited to your specific age group.
Can the activity match our party theme?
Yes. We love coordinating the project, colors, patch or charm selections, signage, and activity setup with your invitation, theme, or overall vision whenever possible.
Are all supplies included?
Yes. The materials needed for your selected creative activity are prepared and included. Any optional upgrades or additional pieces will be discussed before your event.
Can we choose more than one activity?
In many cases, yes. Multi-activity events require enough time for guests to complete both projects and may qualify for custom package pricing. Include both choices in your inquiry.
Do guests assemble their own charm jewelry?
This depends on the age group and event format. Older children and teens may enjoy participating in assembly with guidance. For showers and larger events, our team will handle assembly to keep the experience flowing smoothly.
In-studio parties
Capacity, food, adults, and party-day details.
How many guests fit in the studio?
Our Oyster Bay studio comfortably seats up to 16 participating guests. For larger groups, a mobile event at your home or venue is usually the better option.
Are kids' studio parties drop-off?
Drop-off is strongly encouraged for school-age parties because our studio cannot comfortably accommodate one adult for every child. If younger guests require adults to remain, tell us in your inquiry so we can determine whether the studio or a mobile event will work best. Host parents are obviously welcome to stay during their event!
Can we bring food, drinks, and cake?
Yes. You may bring your own food, drinks, cake, and dessert. A refrigerator is available. The host is responsible for food, drinks, plates/utensils, and any additional party supplies or decor. We can also provide a list of local pizzerias for you to order for delivery.
When may the host arrive?
The host may generally arrive 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time to bring food, decorations, and personal party items. Your confirmed arrival time will be included with your event details.
How long are in-studio parties?
Most studio celebrations are scheduled in 1.5- 2 hour time blocks. The exact timing may vary depending on the selected activity and number of projects.
Mobile events
Travel, setup, assistance, and larger celebrations.
Where do you travel?
We provide mobile creative events throughout Nassau and Suffolk County. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and event requirements.
What is included with a mobile event?
Mobile packages include the selected activity materials, preparation, a curated cart or tablescape when applicable, event signage, setup, guest assistance, and activity-area cleanup.
How early do you arrive?
We generally arrive approximately one hour before a mobile event to unload and prepare the setup. Larger or more detailed events may require additional setup time.
Do you remain during the event?
Yes. Our team remains for the agreed activity period to guide guests, assist with projects, and complete assembly when included in your package. For station-style setups at large scale events, we remain on-site to assist and/or assemble.
Can you accommodate schools, fundraisers, and large events?
Yes. We can create scalable experiences for schools, team events, fundraisers, showers, corporate gatherings, and celebrations with large guest counts. Pricing and logistics are customized around the event.
