Booking Details & Policies

    • All parties and events are by reservation only

    • Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis

    • Your event date is not reserved until a deposit is received

    • Weekend availability is limited

    • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve your date

    • Deposit amount will be applied toward your total balance

    • Remaining balance is due one week prior to the event date

    • We accept credit card payments. A secure link will be sent to you via the Square app for payment

    • In-store parties are limited to 30 guests or fewer

    • Guest count may be under the package maximum listed

    • For events larger than 30 guests, we recommend our mobile party options

    • We do not have a guest count limit for mobile/on-site parties. Guest count must be confirmed in advance to ensure proper staffing & materials

  • In-Store Events:

    • Exclusive use of our event space during your reserved time

    • Tables, seating, and standard setup

    • Fully hosted creative parties (for charm, patch, and craft packages)

    • Bathroom access and mini fridge use

    Mobile/On-Site Events:

    • Full station setup includes table, signage, and coordinating options to chosen package(unless you choose to provide table)

    • Full guest assistance from our talented staff

    • Setup and cleanup are included for all parties, mobile and in-store

    • For in-store parties: hosts may bring their own décor, food, and drinks

    • Please plan to remove all personal items at the end of your event

    • In-Store Event: If you are using an event planner, balloon decorator, florist, etc., please provide us with their information so we are able to coordinate setup and timing

    • All deposits are non-refundable

    • Date changes are subject to availability

    • Items provided for patch parties must be approved in advance to ensure heat-press compatibility. Coastal Charm is not responsible for damage to client-provided items

    Liability Disclaimer:

    • Participation in workshops, parties, and activities is at your own risk

    • Coastal Charm is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or accidents during events

    • A parent or guardian must remain on site for any childrens party

    • Coastal Charm is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items

    • Outside food and drinks are welcome for in-store events

    • Alcohol is permitted for adult-only events

    • Coastal Charm does not provide alcohol and is not responsible for its consumption

    • Hosts are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws

    • Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess or damage occurs

    • Coastal Charm may photograph or record events for marketing purposes. By attending an event, guests grant permission for images to be used unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event

    • Coastal Charm reserves the right to end an event early due to unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior

    • No refunds will be issued if an event is terminated due to conduct violations

    • Coastal Charm reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason in order to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for guests and staff

    • Policies are subject to change without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website
