Yes! We offer early drop-off for families who need a little extra flexibility after school. Please contact us after registration so we can discuss your child’s schedule.

Our monthly schedule is adjusted in advance when necessary. Any dates that Craft Club will not meet on the usual day will be clearly listed on the registration page before you enroll. Email or text reminders are also sent to parents throughout the month.

Because projects are planned in advance and supplies are purchased specifically for each session, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or make-up classes for missed days. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing your family’s schedule before registering.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to severe weather, illness, or another unforeseen circumstance, families will be notified as soon as possible. A make-up class or account credit will be provided for any class cancelled by Coastal Charm.

To help keep our studio healthy for everyone, we ask that children who are feeling unwell or showing visibly signs of illness (such as a fever, persistent cough, vomiting, or other contagious symptoms) please stay home. One of our staff members is immunocompromised, so we greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all our families.

Just a nut-free snack and drink!We provide all materials and supplies. Things can get a little messy, so we provide aprons for each child.

Yes, during our After School Craft Club the project lineup changes throughout the year to reflect the seasons, holidays, and new creative trends. Returning students will always have something new to look forward to.
